New Bravo Show: Real Housewives of Potomac

Anonymous
Eddie Jordan's wife, Jamal Bryant's ex (I can't stand him) and Juan Dixon's ex (and they still live together). This sounds more intriguing than most. The young one married to Austrailian millionaire should be interesting. She's 24 and former Miss DC. I think they did better job casting than DC (which was half-assed).

The Miss DC, who according to her bio is from MD was discovered at UMD to be Miss DC, (not sure how that works since she never lived in DC) just opened a restaurant so maybe this is how she and her husband are promoting it.

Potomac? Really, Bravo. New York, BH, OC and...Potomac??!

I doubt most people in the US have even heard of Potomac.

OC wasn't well known before the Hills type shows. NJ? It doesn't matter the name, the cast make the show. Let's be real it's their intent of redoing DC because they failed with first one. Only 2 people on the DC show actually lived in DC.

What? OC has always been a popular, rich locale.

So true for much of Potomac!

Really? I could've afforded Bethesda, but chose Potomac. Didn't feel like being on top of people all the time. We have a beautiful wooded home and couldn't be happier. YMMV.

That said, these women don't look like most people I see in Potomac.

WHO in Potomac dresses like these women? They look like they belong in NJ or Miami.

I've never seen anyone in Montgomery County for that matter dressed like this.

This was my first thought.

Lol

Sprinkled throughout this community are a handful of old-line, wealthy African-American families who have historically broken racial barriers to provide a life of privilege for their children. The Real Housewives of Potomac follows the upscale lives of six intriguing, well-to-do women: Gizelle Bryant, Katie Rost, Karen Huger, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, Robyn Dixon, and Ashley Darby, all of whom have fought for their places in this society by way of legacy or marriage. In a town where entry is granted only through class, pedigree, and lineage, how far will these ladies go to secure their spot at the top of this prestigious circle?

Did you watch any of the video clips or look at the other pics? No one in the area dresses that way.

Yes known to those in Southern CA. When I moved east before the OC and the Hills, nobody knew Orange County. They thought it was in FL or they know it's where Disneyland is (barely).
