Ok, I’m no statistician or data person, but doesn’t it make sense that are numbers are growing faster than in Italy and China simply because we are later on in the pandemic than they were - meaning they had a smaller geographical location as their starting point while we have several at the same time? Like an explosion in one spot campsites to ten explosions in ten spots. |
Per the bottom, the chart is based on number of days since 100 deaths for each country, which is why some countries have a longer arc. We're behind, so ours is shorter. |

These are the identified nyc locations for Covid hospitals: Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, and locations at SUNY Stony Brook, SUNY Old Westbury and the Westchester Convention Center. plus the navy ship will have at least 1,000 more beds. Not saying this is all enough, just what they’ve already identified |
