Please speak for yourself. I was bullied into signing.

If you really are an Eaton teacher (which I don't believe), you know that you can anonymously post on the WTU FB page. That would be much more believable than anything you say here.

This is the kind of bullying and gaslighting they were talking about. The teacher who started this reminds me of Mean Girls.

All of the teachers publicly put their name to that letter accusing Principal Eskay of creating a toxic work environment. As an Eaton parent, that fact holds a lot of weight - We support our teachers and want them to have the best possible working envorionment.

If you are an Eaton teacher and if you were bullied or coerced into signing it, please, publicly recant. If that is true, parents need to know to include your experience into our conversations and actions.

Myself and other teachers have recanted it many times. A minority of teachers at Eaton shouldn’t speak for the majority. They manipulated us all into signing that letter and turning against Principal Eskay. I had trouble sleeping for days after I signed that letter. It isn’t right what’s happening here.

Publicly recant. Not on a site where anyone can be anyone

Then please reach out to the HSA. Parents will be very interested in hearing your story, but not on an anonymous website. The letter is public. Any recantation should be public as well.

This is going to give those teachers in the clique the ammunition to bully us even more. I should have transferred schools when I had the chance.

I am a teacher at Eaton ES. For anyone who is just finding out, a group of 4-5 teachers in a clique at the school have launched a smear campaign to have the principal removed. This clique of teachers manipulated and bullied everyone on the staff to sign a petition requesting Steven’s removal.

If you are really a teacher and you didn't agree, why did you sign the letter?

Why are you so vulnerable to "manipulation and bullying"? Can you not stand up for yourself?

There has been a ton of trolling/sock-puppeting on this forum recently. I doubt half of these posts are real.

This poster has been sock puppeting quite a bit over the past few pages. Coincidentally, the same poster is the OP of this thread:

https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1144551.page

which I just locked because this poster was sock puppeting that one.

This poster obviously has habits that are not compatible with DCUM and I hope the poster will leave for greener pastures. I will be doing what I can to assist that transition.

I'm also going to lock this thread at this point.
