I confess I do this! But to acquaintances, not good friends. Because we a good friend, I can keep the convo short and say I am having an antisocial day. They know me.

I feel less confident in almost all areas at 49 than at 44, for what it's worth. At 44, I felt like I was still growing and developing. Now I am fading (and I don't mean just looks/body). I appreciate my experience is my own, but I have been surprised by it. |

So we want to see a show where all the 50 somethings are completely secure in everything they do. How boring would that show be.
Also, nobody I know has it "figured out." I really can't even imagine hanging out with some robot person who is just like, "I'm 50 and fabulous! Sorry you still have moments of feeling awkward." |
| Prediction: Carrie ends up subletting to that younger girl, instead of selling. So when Aiden ends it, she’s back in her place. |
Yeah I 100% think she will sublet to that girl. How long have her and Aiden been dating now? Only a few months? Also, clearly there is going to be more to the story re: Wyatt. |
Carrie really doesn’t seem like the Gramercy Park type, and neither does Aidan. Agree Lisette will be in the apartment until Carrie inevitably moves back in. I really hate the Aidan storyline, so obviously rushed and headed for disaster ugh. |
| So Big and Carrie lived in a place 1/4 or less the size of the place she’s now thinking of buying? Riiight. |
| All the couplings in this ep are so meh: Lily and Brady, Naya’s young fling, Anthony’s young thing, Che’s flirtation. And sorry, I’m including Aidan in there. MEH. |
Never mind that. She was also married to Chris Messina. He was so hot in the Mindy Project. |
Wow, she really has a type. |
Ok, prediction for finale: Aidan has a troubled son, who starts acting out, ends up in crisis, and he has to choose between his family and Carrie (obvious choice). While he is struggling and torn, Carrie is in pain reaches out to Samantha, who bestows upon her whatever words of wisdom. They break up, amicably. But where will Carrie live?? |
| The writers worked hard to make Che more appealing, but the character really adds nothing to the show. |
Don’t disagree. The worst is Giuseppe imo. He’s a terrible actor and they have no chemistry. Sort of recalls Marcus but he and Stanny were actually sweet together. |
Did he propose on a post-it? |
Big had a lot of “Biggage,” but three teenage sons weren’t part of it. |
