Shut down? It says two cases reported, neither believed to have been transmitted at school, and nothing about it being shut down.

Not a newsworthy article. A student and teacher tested positive first week. Neither contracted it at school.

It's going to happen. Have a plan. Quarantine. Continue with plan.

How much learning gets done with dozens of kids quarantined and every other kid worried if they have it or not?

The problem is that the media is acting like all of these are news worthy. You don’t get news stories like this in any other sector. Are we getting reports every time a restaurant worker tests positive? A nurse? A retain worker? Literally anyone else? They are trying to sensationalize it and the public is eating it up. If there were major outbreaks taking place within schools, it would be one thing. That would be newsworthy. That’s not what’s happening.
