Anyone know the score of the Sidwell Flint Hill game?

Yes, because they knew when she was 5 that she would be such a stud.

Disagree. Kids can be high academic and high athletic and reach their athletic goals regardless of what school they attend. Sure, you get better conference competition at a WCAC school, but if your goal is Ivy League, NESCAC or Stanford, then the coaches will find you.

Every school is now trying to improve its athletics. Athletics can bring in the real $$$$. Don’t be surprised if GDS, Maret, and Sidwell get some blue chips.

No $$$ in the MAC for sports. Nice try, though.

You just wait. Gonzaga, SJC and Dematha ain't got nothing on what GDS, Sidwell and Maret will be in a couple of years. You just wait.

GDS canned football because the school has zero athletes. Sidwell should do the same.

Their baseball team is much, much better than their football team. They went 4-18 and were the 11,883rd highest ranked team in the country. Their 4 wins were all in conference (2 vs St Andrews, 1 vs Maret and Potomac each).

Common thread, same coach as football. Hopefully that will change soon.

Basketball team is the defending DC Champion, having beaten WCAC schools and Wilson along the way.

LOL. I would love to see Sidwell v Gonzaga in basketball. Or any sport that is not based on Harry Potter.

GDS is undefeated in the history of football in the school. Nice try. Why are you so invested in Sidwell losing its football team?

Sidwell beat Gonzaga the last time they played in 2016.

How clueless. It’s not the league it’s the players and performance which compels donors.

I was being sarcastic. GDS's varsity teams would be a good match for those school's freshman teams. Maret and Sidwell are slightly better but not by much.

That link is to last season's DC city championship tournament played in 2019 not 2016. They beat St. John's not Gonzaga.
