| Two schools that play by completely different recruiting rules. Why are you so invested in a football team whose kids you don't know. It is really very strange, bordering on sick. |
| 62-0. It does beg the question of why they play in the same league given the very different approaches to school athletics and recruiting. |
| It's not that the two schools have different approaches to recruitment, it's that the entire league has one and Flint Hill another. They are the outlier. |
| GPrep was kicked out of IAC football for same reason about 10 years ago. Why don't the school AD's call them out. This is the same group who blocks others schools entering the MAC if they don't play football. As a league they'd be better to forego football altogether and form a new conference without Flint Hill |
I’m not sure that a single conference member can blackball an applicant. Whatever the majority of schools want, they get. In the case of Prep’s expulsion from the IAC for football dominance, Landon and ST Albans voted against this and continued to schedule Prep outside the Conference. But Bullis, SSSA and Episcopal got their way. |
| 62-0, in Sidwell’s favor?? |
Wow. That's great. |
| Which one is 62? Is this for football? Or soccer? |
| Please explain why the recruiting is different at these two schools. |
| Sidwell girls soccer beat FH 3-2. Tough game. |
Flint Hill won |
Illegal recruiting. Reclassifying high school kids, giving them a 5th year Taking upperclassmen recruits Tip of the iceburg. Flint Hill has its aim on the Virginia States each year, the MAC is an afterthought - they get more from the league being associated with Maret and Sidwell than the league gets from them. |
| That seems pretty awful. Was there any effort made not to run up the score? Sub in younger players, etc? |
Sounds like sour grapes. |
