I lost 60 pounds in 5 months without using GLP-1.

no it doesn't. it takes les than 4 hours. i work from home full time, but flexible schedule. i do phone calls (including work-related) when I walk so that helps.

but yeah, it is time consuming. i don't hit 30k consistently anymore - i am not trying to and i don't need to. i averaged 24k in September and October, 29k in November, 19k in December and so far 21k for January.

Good for you! I'm trying to lose 15 lbs without a GLP-1 at 51 yrs old.

My problem hasn't been losing weight. It's been keeping it off for longer than a year. May the odds be ever in your favor.

As if OP cares if she is actually healthy. Thin is the goal, seemingly the only one for her.

Thin IS healthy in most cases. Otherwise people would be taking shots to gain weight.

you clearly missed the point. Starving yourself and burning calories by walking 4 hours a day will make you thin-it won’t make you healthy. It’s called an eating disorder. You think people with eating disorders are healthy? No, not physically or mentally.

bump again for 125-lb OP

You're relying on the iPhone to log your steps?

M'kay; now the absurdity of your claims makes sense.

Why does it matter? Maybe it's 28k, maybe it's 32k. It's not going to be 5k. Accurate enough.
