| Any questions? I was 205 and now I am 145. Aiming at 125. 52 F, 5'3'', just entered menopause. |
| Impressive. How? |
| I ate around 700 calories per day and walked 30k steps most days. eating so little made me lose interest in food. I am a binger and I was trying to lose weight for years. instead it was just creeping up. |
| Great willpower, OP. Has your skin had any unwanted consequences, like wrinkling or sagging? This is the cosmetic risk of rapid weight loss. |
| Similar stats and also losing quickly without a GLP. 700 is too low though - I am at around 1100-1300 daily. I also think that if you don’t challenge yourself to learn how to eat normally the weight will come back. |
I have some wrinkling and sagging in my thighs and buttocks. looking at trying renuvion to help with that. the rest looks pretty good. |
Thanks for replying. OK, not shabby at all. How do you feel about maintaining this new weight? I feel that's the hardest part. |
Too bad we can't post pictures on here to show before and afters. Would be interesting to get some detailed photos that aren't filtered like many advertising websites online do. |

How do you have the time to walk 30,000 steps and the energy to do it while eating so little? I am over 210 pounds right now. Last year I lost about 15 pound and it was extremely hard for me. I aimed to eat between 1200-160O calories per day, walk and obviously wasn’t successful, with my slow weight loss in 12 months. I was hungry all of the time and frequently didn’t follow my own plan.
I started a prescribed shot 1.5 weeks ago and lost 4-5 pounds easily already. I didn’t want to take the shot but see why people do it. OP has the best will power in the world or is a troll. |
| Good for you and your health!! |
| You lost all of your muscle. That’s what you need as women age and lifting weights is very important. |
no, I haven't. my legs look better than ever. somehow i even lost my cellulite

when i was eating or trying to eat 1200-1500 calories per day, i was starving. i was thinking about food all the time, planning the next meal, thinking about stuff that i was going to eat "when this is over". eating around 700 solved all that. i am not hungry. I know it sounds weird, but it's easier than losing 15 lbs over a year by eating 1500 calories. you get quick results that make you motivated and, as i said, you are not hungry, it's like your stomach becomes smaller and you just can't handle big portions anymore. the first few days are hard, but then you get used to it and it's actually easier that 1500. |
| Can you give us an idea of a typical day if 700 calories? |
Thing about a GLP is it helps you eat normally. OP’s 700 daily calories and 30k steps isn’t normal. Or sustainable. |
