STAB who plays most of the top tier of ISL and a couple WCAC teams also played well.
STAB will be good this year!

If all true, Saints should be the clear favorite this year in the ISL and in Virginia. Their '26 class is highly decorated but still no titles. I look for them to win it all this year.

If SSSAS does not win both ISL and VA States this year, it will be considered a complete disappointment and embarrassment.

Hopefully KJ can get that title with her oh so precious 26 class and then sail off to the sunset

Yes and then when the coach is gone and the team is terrible for the next couple years it will be because the coach is gone not because all the players before the 26s have been left to rot the past four years. By design? We’ll see. But hey, Go Saints!

Left to rot? Is that a veiled comment on playing time vs bench time?

"Left to rot"?? Moronic statement. the goal of every high school and college program in every sport (except NIL football) is to develop a system that results in talented teams with strong senior classes that can win championships. SSSAS has that this year and in your world that's a bad thing? Have you been to an ISL or VA playoff game? It's very intense. Experience wins championships and actual athletes and coaches know that. Sorry Mom.

Genuinely curious....why is HC, who was in 6th place in the ISL last year, going to be better? Didn't they graduate some important players? My only guess would be a strong freshman class.

Did you mean for that to sound as bad as it did?
I thought freshman weren't allowed to play varsity usually

Depends whether they are good enough. My daughter has started since freshman year as have several of her classmates.

Didn't mean it to sound bad at all. It is just reality. If kid A is better than kid B, kid A starts.

Cadets took a major blow this week with a significant injury.
