oooooooo please please can you reach out to MHIC on this! if you can confirm his family worked for Optimum they are also liable for any money gotten through fraud so if we can get Amr they all going to get hit... |
Why would MHIC care anymore? Optimum no longer has a license with them (or exists for that matter). |
Because mhic is investigating the fraud currently... so yeah current license or not if he committed fraud while he was licensed they certainly care as 11 and counting felony charges are being carried out by mhic. |
The theft charges are being generated by MHIC as they have the oversight and responsibility for contractor licensing. Omar actually terminated his license just before filing bankruptcy. My guess is that he thought that might keep other complaints and charges from being pursued. I think it did the opposite, when MHIC suddenly got 30 more complaints it allowed them to move right to looking for probable cause since he filed bankruptcy and terminated his license. This meant there was clearly no misunderstanding or intent to work on the part of Omar and Optimum. He cleared the path for them. MHIC probably said, wow, he saved us so much work. Never seen someone make so many mistakes. |
That I do not know! |
Omar and Steve were both at the Clarksburg event and both were bouncing around glad-handing every person there. You'd certainly never have known that they are facing the kind of mess that they are. Further suggests that they aren't in the least bit worried. Ugh.
|
Lol probably because they are terminally stupid. You'd think someone with 11 and counting felony charges would be more worried about appearances but this is what I expect from a guy that rents a mansion for 5k a month and have at least 5k in additional payments to Mercedes. Amr elrahimy of Optimum Constructions and GRIP supercar events is text book narcissist, pure and simple. |
Hey Omar, it’s unfortunate that you have let your team that you once employed take the beating as they have on this thread day in/day out as we were to blame too. Stand up and take ownership.
Michelle |
Well Michelle I guess his true character is coming out…not that the bankruptcy and (11?) pending felony counts left much question. The sad thing is even once he makes his thru this labyrinth of legal quagmire he can restart all over again…assuming he doesn’t end up in jail. |
Lol 15 felony cases and counting yall!! Amr Elrahimy of Optimum Construction and GRIP supercar events is heading for a world of trouble and if he owes any of you guys money (like unpaid bonuses or paychecks) come forward and testify to the MHIC and OAG! You could be that piece that puts him away so he doesn't hurt anyone else ever again. Reach out to the clients you previously helped instead of being thrown under the bus. If amr was willing to pitch his dad, brother, and partner you sure as hell can count on him betraying you. |
Who has editorial content oversight regarding this thread? I notice several posts naming Omar’s wife, the wife’s cousin who worked full time at Optimum Interiors for 2 years, and the OC accountant are missing!
Who has the capability to delete items re this thread? |
LOL real innocent people... you know his wife has some cases on her too? i dont see omar crying over the people he's hurt. you know some of the people he hurt have died right? i dont see him making it right with them. i didnt see him making it right with the families he's displaced. so yeah zero sympathies. and if they profited from his fraud well i hope they get sued too... so yeah they have choices like testifying against his crooked ass.

I do. Let's keep the discussion limited to those named in the lawsuits. |
In response to the post - now removed. However, as a general statement. I will respect your opinion; however, I also ask that you respect the opinions of others. Many of the posts are based on firsthand knowledge from direct interactions with individuals as well as factual information from the multitude of public information including statements made by Omar under oath. We will assume that you have firsthand knowledge that is different from what some have said in this forum and documented elseware. Great! That is what a forum is for – expressing different viewpoints on common topic - welcome. However, I would suggest that you share your knowledge with authorities so that they have a complete understanding, including yours. In my opinion, much of the recent references to others come from the questions of the authorities tasked with looking into the cases. They want to know who knew what and when. Why do they want to know this? Because they are looking for the complete story, they are also trying to validate what Omar and others have said (including under oath). Do we need to call anyone names, no, but give someone that has been directly financially and personally hurt a break! Thanks for contributing to the discussion. |
Thank you for the clarification. If you include all lawsuits, present felony charges by the state of MD, and bankruptcy filings, the individuals mentioned have been identified in a related legal filing. Most identified by Omar himself in a filing or verbally under oath. |
