Wonder how GoPro’s new company (GoPro kitchen and bath) doing? Wonder if they have a new showroom or recycled the items that were in the showroom of the former Optimum Construction…

Are you sure there was any finished material from OI…I worked there for a brief period of time and never saw any finished material being ordered… I do know that there were a few folders lying on a lady’s desk…when I questioned what they were I was told ‘flooring that’s been paid for that should have been ordered months ago but I was told not to order it’…I never heard of finishing product being shipped to any other location.

Lol so amr elrahimy of Optimum construction and interiors was just outright committing fraud... great. You should contact mhic and provide that as a testimony against his thieving ass....

Not MHIC that would be interested. Multiple state and federal law enforcement looking at things. If I was one that had any knowledge I would be offering it to make sure I did not end up in their crosshairs. They know he could not have done this all by himself, minimally people were assisting him. This is just getting started. IMO

I think you may mean his wife and wife's cousin "volunteered" as a sales consultants. Omar was asked the question of any family working for the company by the trustee and he answered no and since he was under oath and sitting in the room with one of his lawyers that assisted him with the bankruptcy filing this must be the accurate answer. Volunteering would make sense as we know that Optimum and Omar had no money, most bank accounts with very very small amounts or negative balances, unpaid office leases at three locations, delinquent on auto payments, insurance, utilities, payroll and etc. Thus all of this would indicate that they were not employees of Optimum.

Btw its not that we "know" Optimum didn't have money, the only thing we do know is that he was trying to play in Dubai for some sort of air bnb, amr probably has an off shore account since he plead the 5th, he also plead the 5th on what happened to all the money he was collecting from 38 projects, oh and he also had a race car company called GRIP. Oh did u also forget he was renting a mansion for 5k a month, car loans from Mercedes that was close to 5k a month so who really knows where the money went but Optimum was far from having no money....
