will Northern Virginia carry McAuliffe to victory?

You mean the one where a handful of Youngkin supporters came out to protest carrying a profanity-laden pro-Trump flag?

This is consistent with the handful of Youngkin supporters I know. They don’t actually care about Youngkin, for them this election is really about wanting a redo of the 2020 presidential race because they still can’t cope with Trump’s loss and they see Youngkin as a Trump proxy.

Not consistent at all with the Youngkin voters I know, including me and everyone in my family. We fully acknowledge Biden win the election (as does Youngkin, btw). Hoping Youngkin will bring a balance to VA politics, which have increasingly gone full left-wing.

I completely agree.

If someone could actually get a hold of one and find the line with the "paid for by" section

Yes.

The return address is the democratic party.

WTF is that about? The Dems are lucky I don’t have a reasonable alternative option to vote for.

Wait. What? Who are these bullies? WTF is with the threat to “follow up”? Are they also tracking who votes for who?

- Voter who takes their kids (now teens) along every year

My 2021 grad got a huge postcard from the democrats.

It had their voter "score as a C minus, I guess because they have only been able to vote in one election since turning 18 in 2020.

It also had the names and score of two of our neighbors. I know one of the neighbors (a liberal) I recognize the other name, but do not know her party.

The post card included a threat to follow up with my college freshman after the election along with a statement that even though who you vote for is private, when you vote is public information and can be shared. Apparently the dems feel like they can send your name and voting history to all of your neighbors.

We were all pretty shocked and offended by this complete overstep of privacy.

My college kid was VERY bothered, enough to switch their vote to Youngkin. She felt violated.

Who are these people running Terry's campaign??

My college aged daughter got this as well. Who on earth thought "your grade is falling behind your neighbors who have already voted in this election" and then in bold ,"we may follow up with you and your neighbors after the election with updated grades" would appeal to young voters?! If the democratsose, it will be their own fault for running an uninspiring candidate and a clunky campaign.

Isn’t this voter intimidation? I thought that was illegal? This activity should be reported.

My college kid was really turned off by the public shaming of their voting "grade" by the democrats.

They are also very offended by the daily, sometimes twice daily, mailings on legal sized heavy card stock, full color political mailings that are arriving daily in our mailbox.

This is a very environmentally aware generation of teens, college kids and young adults. They don't even get bottled water if they can find an alternative. Who on earth in the dem party thought that all this waste of resources would be a great way to reach the young people?

If your college kid isn’t going to vote because of campaign mailers, they were never going to vote in the first place.

If your college kid was being inundated with intimidation tactics by a political party, you’d be outraged and you know it. Disgusting hypocrite.

Bwahaha, I'm a Republican, I know a lot of Republicans. Not a one thinks anything like this let alone "can't cope with Trump's loss." I doubt your statement.

And showing a picture of three extremists as somehow proving anything about anything is so pathetic. The PP must be desperate.

McAuliffe is not perfect but he’s the one we need right now.

Wow, talk about fear-mongering. Youngkin is very much pro-vaccination and has encouraged everyone to get vaccinated. He is against vaccine and mask MANDATES. Big difference. You really should educate yourself.

He then launched into "you can't really think Biden won the election, you've got to agree that the country was much better off under Trump" etc., becoming increasingly agitated. We parted ways when I asked why Trump and his supporters disliked Fauci so much. He was absolutely incredulous that I fully supported Fauci and his efforts to vaccinate. This exchange confirmed for me that many Youngkin supporters are looking to bring back Trump-era lunacy. Forget it.

I don’t believe one word of this garbage. Nice try, though.

Ah, there it is. The predicted attempt to gaslight by pretending the flyers are a false flag. Think again. Democrats are shady as hell.

This is voter intimidation? They darn sure better keep track of who voted and when. Are you not paying attention? The last election was fradulent. All of this information needs to be carefully tracked to prevent any such nonsense.

Please. This is not texas. They can keep their backwards vigilante enforced Gilead style nonsense far away form here.

Guys. It could be. I’m moderate with the idea of abortion as a concept, but really don’t think it belongs in the hands of the government, and the SC is primed to make TX an eventual reality for any state government that wants it. A woman in MS is on trial for drug addiction during a miscarried pregnancy; and the miscarriage was a result of other extenuating factors but bc of the addiction, she is on trial for causing a termination. If it can happen there, it can happen here. Vote blue.

Stop the fear-mongering. VA is not going to make abortion illegal. You people are beyond ridiculous.

Just reading this thread, it’s clear who the fear mongers, gaslighters, and flat-out liars are. McAuliffe voters are sounding more and more deranged.
