Please. This is not texas. They can keep their backwards vigilante enforced Gilead style nonsense far away form here.

Guys. It could be. I’m moderate with the idea of abortion as a concept, but really don’t think it belongs in the hands of the government, and the SC is primed to make TX an eventual reality for any state government that wants it. A woman in MS is on trial for drug addiction during a miscarried pregnancy; and the miscarriage was a result of other extenuating factors but bc of the addiction, she is on trial for causing a termination. If it can happen there, it can happen here. Vote blue.

Stop the fear-mongering. VA is not going to make abortion illegal. You people are beyond ridiculous.

lol. thats what has been said about every supremee court nominee for a long time and yet here we are.

And which SC justice is trying to outlaw abortion? We’ll wait.

McAuliffe is not perfect but he’s the one we need right now.

Wow, talk about fear-mongering. Youngkin is very much pro-vaccination and has encouraged everyone to get vaccinated. He is against vaccine and mask MANDATES. Big difference. You really should educate yourself.

He’s just a surface. Right underneath you find the crawling trumpies. Don’t be naive.

Also, mask and vaccine mandate seems to be the only way to keep schools open.

I'm the person whose door was knocked on by a Youngkin/Trump supporter, and I guarantee you it happened. He started out pretty calmly when I said that I couldn't support Youngkin because he hadn't completely disavowed Trump, saying "Youngkin has never said he supports Trump," but then he proceeded to say "but you have got to admit that the country was better off under Trump... and then continued on with the pro-Trump comments, culminating in his outright venom for Fauci. This happened about a week ago in Alexandria. He was an older to middle-aged white guy (surprise).

So? Everything you detail here is absolutely true. If you’re too blind to recognize that, there is not much someone can say to you.

Which returns us to the reality that this is mcauliffe vs. Trump or whomever vs. trump.

So Youngkin supporters oppose everything Fauci has done, and believe that he is public enemy #1?

That's enough to win over the reliable suburban moms. Everyone has seen these nuts on TV and Youtube, screaming at school boards like lunatics.

Every parent I know is scared sh#tless of having a Republican Governor sympathetic to these lunatics.

Every parent I know is voting for Youngkin or so disgusted that they're just not voting.

The only people I know who are voting for Youngkin also voted for Trump. They just feel more comfortable this time putting a sign in their yard.

Many Biden voters voting for Youngkin. Stop fooling yourself. The school issue is number one.

Youngkin is not Trump but he has worked hard to get that Trump endorsement - pushing The Big Lie with his “election integrity” top priority.

He’s a polished Trump.

Hard pass.
