He pulls out his gun and shoots JR, because JR is holding the knife and can easily be passed off as an intruder, and he realizes he can pin it on JR. But the shot doesn't kill him. At this point, the AP runs upstairs, sees the scene and calls 911 immediately. JR moans in the background of the call. BB frantically grabs the phone and hangs it up. He tells her to grab the other gun and shoot him because his mind is trying to grasp at ways to pin blame on other people. So, panicked, she does. Then she calls 911 back.

Basically the AP is telling the truth as she knows it. Which is why she isn't flipping, because she truly thinks it happened this way. BB is being silent because he knows he panicked and frantically tried to frame JR and then weirdly through the AP into the mix also- he didn't have any kind of coherent story in his mind yet when LE showed up at the scene which is why from the get go, he refused to say anything. He knew enough to keep his mouth shut until he had a story. Then, AP is interviewed for 8 hours and gives her story, which never changes, because it's her true story. She doesn't know that BB stabbed CB in rage when he walked in on their knife play fetish and then shot JR to pin it on him. He probably wished she'd stayed downstairs with the kid the whole time. Maybe that's also why he entered a relationship with her , if he was worried she'd start to get suspicious about the evening, and he thought that being in a relationship with her would keep her not questioning things.

That’s a way more evolved way of saying what I think it happened than the post I made. I don’t think he got into a relationship w AP just bc of that but also for revenge. Like I said, bring the girl that would piss her off the most into her bedroom.

Except for these things that don’t fit:
1- JR had told friends he was meeting with a couple that day
2- There's evidence of a relationship between BB and AP before CBs death
3- Text msg read in court said JR had never engaged in knife play before. CB has a blood clotting disorder and wouldn’t have asked for knife play. As a nurse she would understand that risk.
4- Still makes no sense that AP would run up to the room after hearing a gun shot or struggle. She’s employed to take care of a child. Why would she leave her and go to an unsafe situation risking her own life for….?

You don't know that at all. Fetishes are just that- fetishes. If she had a bleeding disorder, maybe the thrill of being pricked with a knife is what she wanted during sex. Just like some women (apparently) like to role play that they are being raped. Because it scares them and thrills them (apparently). If anything, her having a bleeding disorder makes more sense that she WOULD be into knife play if she had a fetish for thrills. Just like when I think I heard she did sexual assault exams as a nurse? I thought to myself, there is absolutely a chance that someone who does sexual assault exams might want to role play being sexually assaulted. That's how some peoples minds work.

Todays post are all absurd. All of you and your comments need major checks on what could have happened. Slow down and think about if this was someone close to you. How would you feel if the dead was your close kin? How would you associate yourself if the AP or BB were your in circle/ what’s the level of trust now?

I agree, could be plausible. Except after the murder, why wouldn’t he have told the Au pair to go back to Brazil? Seems like she could’ve skipped town soon after. Him starting (continuing?) a relationship with her looks terrible from a guilty standpoint (and makes him a terrible father even if he’s completely innocent in this). Also if the Au pair came running to the room when she heard shouting (so dumb), why didn’t he tell her to go get the child and leave the house?

To kill someone you really have to dehumanize them. In addition to the emotional abuse of multiple affairs (one early on in marriage) and one in her own home in front of her child, I wonder what other ways BB behaved abusively? CB seemed beaten down by him to me. In photo captions she seemed to gush about him and he mostly seemed connected to the child. I would think she felt anxious about her status with him, and that was totally valid given everything. I'm sure she greatly missed the AP she was so close to. Just seems very lonely.

It is becoming more clear through evidence submitted in court that CB arranged the meeting with Joe without BB knowing. This really opens up a lot more possibilities and the new evidence carries a lot more weight than anonymous message board "friends".

Juliana wasn’t a registered nurse in Brazil. She was Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She probably didn’t even work in the field.

You mean evidence like the fact that the messages exchanged online did not sound at all like CB’s writing and contained errors that perhaps a non native English speaker would make?

Or the fact that JR suggested knife play and the person he was communicating with assented, even though CB has a bleeding disorder that makes it extremely unlikely she would agree to that?
