New Additions to Leagues Check Up (ECNL & GA)

SC Surf was probably facing a tough decision from ECNL and MLSNext.

Clubs boys program is crazy good. Girls, not so much. The girls side won’t do any better in ECRL. Terrible decision

^^^facts^^^^ there are only. a few GA teams who could get the golden ticket directly to ECNL. I would say less than 10 and probably around 5.

not so sure that "quality" matters. It is all about perception and what makes these leagues look good

sure pal. if you want to play D1 soccer, 1 league is dominate and puts close to 80% of all girls there. so facts are facts whether people like it or not.

Leagues don't get players into colleges clubs do.

We know that your kid plays on a sucky ECNL team and you're trying to elevate them. Just be honest.

yea we all know that half of that 40% comes from the bottom half of ECNL since all ECNL is created equal

They added DUSC in NYC last year and they are still #356 in the country. So no idea how bad they were before they joined and got that bump that will make them a world class level team

It's fairly obvious that most people don't consider GA "tier 3". Hence why clubs are switching to GA.

Why does it matter they'll never go to Finals or Champions Cup. Just more teams for showcases.
