Aside from the discrepancy about what Blake is wearing (which honestly seems consistent with what was in her complaint from what we can see), how idiotic is it that this scene shows a woman giving birth *facing* the door to her L&D room. That's, uh, not how it works. For obvious reasons. Door is usually to the side or in the corner, and if there is a view of the bed from the door, there is pretty much always a curtain in front of it. I get they wanted this dramatic shot of Baldoni rushing in and crossing to Blake, but as a woman who has given birth in a hospital, it looks stupid and cringey. The only thing realistic about this scene is the look of rage and hatred on Blake's face (which I don't think took much effort for Blake to produce at this point). |
The pictures are literally all over the internet, try googling. And it’s stills, not film. But you could just look at the SOFs. She now admits that she was wearing black underwear, not the nude strip in the original complaints. |
But then why does she appear to be wearing a "nude strip" in the video that someone just posted, that was apparently produced by Baldoni in discovery? |
It’s in both WF AND Blake’s SOFs. |
I have no idea, but she admits it’s black underwear in her own SOF. |
Also, no, I'm not going to screw up my Google algorithm by searching for "Blake lively underwear birthing scene" -- if you know of these photos, post a link. |

You can see that she is wearing black Binkini underwear in the photo in this thread. https://www.reddit.com/r/baltimore/s/EPS136pjs9
Or you could just look at Blake’s statement of facts. |
That is definitely not the right link, not sure what happened there. |
Here it is. https://www.reddit.com/r/ItEndsWithLawsuits/s/kJNscZ453X |
It's been awhile and I'm not invested enough to go back, but wasn’t tthe nude strip thing written oddly too? Like she didn't say she had on a nude strip but it was in a footnote or something saying, "a typical garment worn in these type of scenes may include items like a nude strip covering genitalia." I seem to remember it was nott exactly saying that's what she had on (lying) but insinuating that, "might be typical." |

This is the statement of facts with Lively's reply:

Ex. 74, WAYFARER_000140494 Lively wrote: 26 Plaintiff’s Response 64: Disputed as incomplete and misleading. While certain footage of the birthing scene shows Lively wearing a hospital gown and a prosthetic pregnancy belly, production blocked and filmed the scene over several hours using multiple framings and angles, including angles that depicted Lively’s side profile fully nude from the chest down. To obtain those shots, the hospital gown was positioned only to cover her breasts, with an exposed prosthetic belly and a small, thin piece of flat black fabric covering her genital area. During filming, Lively lay on her back with her legs placed in stirrups while a male actor—whom she later learned was a personal friend of Baldoni—stood positioned between her legs for the scene. Accordingly, the cited footage does not fully or accurately reflect the partial nudity, nudity– simulating blocking, and filming that occurred. | I’ve read the IC deposition and she says nothing about what Blake actually wore in the birthing scene. Another misdirection by the Blake bots. |

I just looked at the latest Statement of Undisputed Facts filed by Wayfarer on January 20th, and it does not say that Lively was wearing "black briefs." It says:
"While shooting the scene, Lively was wearing a hospital gown, a prosthetic belly, and fabric over her genitals." And then it references the video clip someone posted upthread. So I truly have no idea why someone on this thread is contending that Lively now admits to wearing "black briefs" when Wayfarer's own filing says "fabric over her genitals" and references a video we can all see that shows... a strip of nude fabric. And if photos exist of Lively wearing black briefs in the scene, they aren't mentioned in this document. You would assume if such photos existed, they would be in evidence and listed in this doc, since obviously clear evidence that she was wearing what Wayfarer alleged she was wearing would be useful in drafting a statement of undisputed facts. And yet... Here's the doc: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.634304/gov.uscourts.nysd.634304.1243.0.pdf |
A small thin black fabric otherwise known as underwear. If one is trying to make someone look nude, you put them in nude fabric not black. Blame explicitly claimed nude fabric until photographic evidence was revealed. |
