Too bad this is a lie. Ignores that facts that Israeli foreign minister has spoken out against Russia over this, has voted to condemn Russia in the UN, offered to mediate talks, and sent something like 100 tons of humanitarian aid.

Sorry, israel is charting it’s own path on this.

Even Lindsey Graham, the most Jewish of gentiles, is mad.

Israel has made it clear that it's a country that stands for absolutely nothing. It will still have transactional relationships with the West, while it continues to be useful, but the veneer has rubbed off.

Russian oligarchs landing in droves in Israel over the last two days, yikes.

Why is Israel not willing to sell Ukraine the iron dome defensive missiles?
I read the article, I thought that was a people they would stand with Ukraine

Russia allows them to fly over Syria and and bomb insurgent groups. They are thinking of their own interest in a very narrow way.

They have refused to sell anything, including drones, to Ukraine for years now.

Yup. Russia allows them to attack Iran in Syria. It will be interesting to see how that changes if there's a new deal with Iran.

Modi isn’t driving the posture in this issue.

There is extremely broad based support for neutrality in India except for the very small…like 5% of people who are ameri/anglo-philes.

Yep. As much as DCUM likes to think Indian politics is driven by Hindutva, it actually doesn't work like that on the ground in India. Plus, when India was a Soviet ally, the Congress party was in power.

Not to mention that there is an element of racism in how the US treats India vs how the US treats Israel.

A few things. Iron Dome is funded and developed by the US. It’s not something Israel can sell. It is used to take down short range unsophisticated missiles and artillery. It will not work on cruise missiles or more sophisticated missiles. Also if you do not have air superiority the launchers and radar systems will be hit by air strikes or cruise missiles. Next Israel has a very close relationship with Putin. Putin controls a lot of black money and Israel(like the UK) is very wary of losing that money in their economy. A lot of black money gets laundried through high end real estate. Russia has a huge military influence in Syria and Israel is scared to go against them. FinalIsrael has a history of annexing conquered territories and has plans to do so in the future.

Interesting what’s he going to do when the republicans say no? Where is the bipartisanship Joe? I know maybe he can reach across the aisle and work out something with Putin. By work something out I mean a large donation.

All the Republicans will say yes! This means coal is still in play and fracking making a come back. Plenty of good paying jobs for their constituents. By the way Germany announced they are doing some version of it. You can be sure that every country and company right now is trying to figure out how to decouple from Russia as quickly as possible, they know they are dealing with an unstable actor.

Here is the Holocaust Museum in Israel, pleading with the US not to impose sanction on its Russian oligarch donor. Shameful to see.

They are literally the least reliable ally the west has. They never commit themselves in anyway other than self interest.
