WS coach here. Not sure what you what you mean by downhill. We ended our season at the same point in the bracket as last year after losing 12 seniors last year.

Sorry Coach. Teams are down a lot more this year in Region C, including yours. Getting to the same spot is not really something to be proud of. Maybe spend more time coaching them up and less time on anonymous blogs….

Speak to your AD about public relations. If you take the bait this easily it will only get tougher.

Coaches are allowed to defend themselves, as they're human beings and have a voice just as much as anyone on this forum. There has been a consistent nagging on the WS coach the whole season, and most of it is unwarranted. The WS coach has done a great job this season, not only with pulling together a very young team, but also as a new head coach thrust into the role unexpectedly. However, she's very capable and knows what she's doing;this isn't a "public relations" issue, this is a coach being passionate about their job and their team, which is what you want from a coach.

Boo hoo. A lot of teams lost just as many seniors. I don’t see those coaches crying on a forum. Spend time coaching and posting

Preach! And at least she put her name on it unlike all the people whining on here anonymously. It’s easy to play the blame game from the stands or your couch. People love complaining about her but can’t handle the truth or even the slightest pushback, kinda pathetic.

If she was very capable or knew what she was doing, probably would’ve had a plan to win playing most of the game man up against a much lower ranked team. Maybe be a little more passionate about coaching them up ahead of time in the future…
