Coaches are allowed to defend themselves, as they're human beings and have a voice just as much as anyone on this forum. There has been a consistent nagging on the WS coach the whole season, and most of it is unwarranted. The WS coach has done a great job this season, not only with pulling together a very young team, but also as a new head coach thrust into the role unexpectedly. However, she's very capable and knows what she's doing;this isn't a "public relations" issue, this is a coach being passionate about their job and their team, which is what you want from a coach.[/quote]

If she was very capable or knew what she was doing, probably would’ve had a plan to win playing most of the game man up against a much lower ranked team. Maybe be a little more passionate about coaching them up ahead of time in the future…[/quote]
