Is MVP’s position still that they “have no additional details” about this case? From the case documents being available to the public, I hope that is not their stance and they keep us updated instead of hoping that we forget about this.
MVP is a parent volunteer run organization for summer swim. Different than swim teams like ASA, which is a club team.
Agree. It’s not MVP’s fault or ASA’s fault that this guy is an a$$hole.
That may be true, but if they knew of the police report, even if it didn't result in an arrest, they had a responsibility to keep him away from the kids in at least in such a highly interactive role as team photographer.
