But are they going to dial back ML and NM also?

If they have any sense at all

Ironically, this is pretty much exactly what happened a year and a half ago ago when RS fired RP, KB, etc. during the middle of the year. He wasn't concerned at all about how that would impact the players/teams. Why should the people on the board now treat him any differently?

Because the people on the board wanted RP and KB fired?

The board called a meeting with KB and RP and asked them to explain their jobs and how they bring value to the club and they were gone shortly after because the board wasn’t happy with their response. RP actually resigned then KB was fired .

+1. For whatever reason, NM haven’t been mentioned in any of their communications, but clearly, if the Board has any sense, they will retain both of them.

They sent messages to teams he and ML coached saying the contract with TF had been termed but that seems to have been done outside of their ability just like firing RS not sure it will hold up either.

IIf the club fails to secure a top-tier coach or director of operations, they risk losing a significant number of teams. I have reached out to a respected coach in the industry and encouraged him to submit his credentials. While I am uncertain if he has done so, his potential involvement could be the key to revitalizing the club by attracting talented coaches and players.

That's a good 2nd step, but the 1st step they MUST do is announce dates for tryouts! They risk retention issues without that announcement and risk not recruiting new players. This board seems to be making misstep after misstep.

That's because they have no idea what they are doing. None of them have ever run a soccer club, and they have no clue the damage they have done by replacing coaches like NM with HM!!! Our daughter stayed with GFR ONLY b/c NM was going to be her coach again next year. He completely turned around our team and now they are trying to slide HM into his place and that is completely unacceptable. We are trying to be patient and not run for the hills but this was done SO poorly by this board. Their responses to individuals on our team show they have no competence. They should all be forced to explain what they're doing and forced to resign after this. Even with the communications about RS there has been nothing about NM and his crew.

Everyone should write the Board with their concerns and demand that parent meeting.

So will HM be coaching now, which teams? That will be interesting …

They announced a meeting on the 4/23 to elect a new board member, that is open to the public.

That is a special election, not the parent meeting they stated will occur.

Coaching slates for next year still haven't been released but he's been slid in as the head coach for 14 and 13G Blue teams after NM was let go.
