Excuses for noncompliance are just excuses, not justification.

In the end, it won't matter. Some hostages will be released, hundreds of terrorists will be released, some aid will flow into Gaza, Hamas will engage in a terror attack because that's why they exist, and we'll be back to square 1 again.
