Well, where were Dan Quayle and Dick Cheney? Why do they get a pass but not Michelle?

Dan Quayle and his wife were there. Dick and Lynn Cheney were not in attendance. I don’t think the Obamas are getting divorced, that’s just somebody in DCUM starting false rumors. It’s easy enough to do and then somebody repeats it and it gets repeated again until it sprouts legs of its own. I do wonder if she is sick, because she had mad respect for Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter.

It is more about the country and the Presidency than it is about the person who died. Very bad call on her part to skip it, and it only fuels the rumors that she and Barack have split.
