Got it, you would have preferred big names with the highest of licenses from long ago that can't run a training session and constantly create and allow a toxic environment. I also don't think that they have the biggest of names in MLS Next and they still outperform everyone else in the area. |

Gerardo Ramirez, the new SYC GA director, is a great hire. He was a girls' ECNL coach at Arlington for many years before switching to the boys' side in the last couple of years. |

The current coaches now can't run training sessions. Have you been to ANY of the training sessions.

| 65-70 girls at the ID session. 4 fields of 8v8. Maybe 25 got a look at the top field. 12 of the 16 on the top field stayed throughout. |
