No one has said GA is better than ECNL. But, there's lots of GA teams that are better than ECNL teams. A post on another thread showed 20% of the best teams in the country are GA. College coaches would be crazy not to scour both leagues for talent.

So, just pick the club nearest to your house with good coaches and players. And sure, at least for now, the tiebreaker goes to ECNL over GA pathway. But don't drive past a solid GA club to get to mid ECNL team.

Only 18 can be played on game day but older girls teams can go above that for depth. Typically players 19 and beyond are bubble players rostered from a second team.

I had a woman in mind that I had hoped SYC would try to bring back to their organization but it didn't happen.
