Was 5-3 at half as the purples put in a FP at the buzzer. Tilly keeper played well, but Woodson looked Pedestrian on offense at times but was in lead and control the entire game. Wind played havoc with the passing game.

Gotcha. Still shocked at how “close” it was.

Weather played Havoc tonight but still, the games I caught (one and a half varsity games live and two via video) I’m still surprised.

Total anarchy in the norm of the top 15! 😳

Holy cow did Langley miss some key players last night?

Langley was missing one attacker, but wouldn't have made a difference. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the HC Burke destroyed the program starting last year and kids do not want to try out or play glax anymore for Langley. Not saying all kids, but it definitely had an impact on the growth of the team. Langley also a majority of impact players last year so they are left with maybe 3-4 impact players this year with the majority of their team being new to Varsity. My prediction, they will be 500 this year and losing more games year after year. Not to mention, no other coaches want to work with their HC anymore, besides her current JV and sub par goalie coach. Writings on the wall with that program.
Kudos for Oakton as they came out strong, but then momentum shifted but then they took control at the end.

Not sure what folks are talking about regarding Oakton’s JMU commit, she gets very few yellow cards and I’ve yet to see a defender stop her 1 v 1. She schooled Madison’s Penn commit in last year’s playoffs, even beating double teams. My money is on Oakton this season. Lots of seniors and some high ceiling youngsters.

Agree on the discussion here. Let's get back to talking game results and team rankings.

Of course getting back to some whale snot doesn't hurt either.

Very early in the season to make predictions for rankings and playoffs. Lots of things can happen over the next couple weeks

Why wait,? Let's make the changes now! Anyone want to post a new, up to date poll?

It will be ok, Robinson won’t drop too far in the rankings. Better luck next game

Someone is OBSESSED. Insecure about your own team much?
