A good coach is focused on correcting individual and team deficiencies, not getting them ready for the weekend.

Loudoun beat VDA handily at U13 and U15 (this was predicted)
VDA beat Loudoun handily at U14 and U16 (this was predicted)
VDA won a close game at U17 (this Loudoun team has not won all year, so wow, nice win with a goal late in the game. Something to really be proud of … not)
VDA won a close game at U18/19 (good game, nice win. Too well matched teams).

Again, not touting VDA or Loudoun, but yes making fun of the VDA Coach that loves touting his club on this forum as a “destination club”. You barely handle Loudoun, that’s not saying much.
