We are at Vda. My dd’s coach does this. Usually it’s a 30 minute virtual meeting on a night where the girls do not have practice. |

This is good bait to bump this thread.
Reality is, if you are deciding between these two clubs, the best decision is to get your kid exposed to either training environment a couple of times and see if its a good fit or not. FCV is going through some changes so I would also wait until there is some news on future staff to replace outgoing and news on field locations for next season. For VDA I would also do the same. On the girls side they currently have essentially one coach for most of the age groups. That is a lot to ask of one person regardless of how you feel about the guy in charge there. I would be waiting to see who is coming on board for next season before anything. |
| I’m actually convinced that Brave does a much better job at player development than VDA. Maybe not as well with player recruitment and doesn’t have the player pool. But much better at development. |
This still happens!!!! I don’t know if it’s AS, MW or QP monitoring this board but they do like a hawk! |
| Fcv cannot be the top club. So many choices |
|
Nobody wants to say it but the “top” club in the area is totally dependent on age group:
06 - VDA 07 - FCV 08 - NVA/FCV 09 - NVA 10 - Union 11 - Arlington Choose by age group, not by club! |
All of this. |
What’s your criteria? |
LOL!!!!! Seriously she said no Troll posts... |
This is funny. |
What is this based off of? |
06- FCV (National Champ) |
GA champ is GA champ. Not national champ. |
Likely MW. He has plenty of time on his hands. |

VDA reps again getting posts deleted on this thread. And now posts about Brave.
