Kid don’t transfer out of Gonzaga to sjc. They would transfer to Yorktown!! We the best in the dMV and it ain’t close.

Dave Mitchell shouldn't have jumped at the Dematha job.

I disagree...

It remains to be seen if Dave Mitchell is a good coach or not.

He has been at the Heights for a number of years and not once did they ever make it to the WCAC semi-finals.

Just remember, running a club business, doesn't always equate to being a successful HS coach.

No knock on his character as Dave is a great young man and has done an excellent job with the NL program.

But why is Casey leaving GZ?

Casey is leaving as he and few partner are starting some for-profit Academy designed to help MS and HS athletes better cope with stress related to academics/athletics. I believe there will be an aspect of coaching / individual player development incorporated as well - the academy is not strictly for lacrosse players but all athletes.
