Bad day for AH today. JD side definitely finishing up strong. She is the one that sent the video to TMZ of JD slamming cabinets. Her involvement, giggling, etc. was edited out by her prior to sending it to them and selling and/or giving them copyright of the material. She was proven to have edited the pictures of herself with bruises, and JD is shown in a picture with a scratch on his face and large black eye given to him my AH on a trip.

Eh it only shows that he was angry at her accusations and he said so during his rebuttal. I thought his spiel about being allowed to get his message out was pretty powerful

I don't think the jury will read much into that. He was clearly upset when he sent that message, possibly drink or under some influence. How many of us have said things in the heat of the moment? Maybe not to that level, but he'd been abused by her for YEARS. And now she is making herself out to be the victim?

Uh not as bad as her being exposed for doctoring pics which is the only hard evidence she ever had of physical abuse. Oh and then being caught perjuring herself over the TMZ video. This was an unbelievably bad day for Amber. It exposed her as an outrageous, malicious, pathological liar.

It’s not the vileness of his emails. It’s the combination of him saying phone at the bar, oh there’s a phone at the bar. Vodka bottles with handles, no handles with the shards, never told anyone to fire amber, oh yeah, I told wb and my sister I wanted her fired, never had the hubris to write that I take women when I want, oh that’s a doctored email to my assistant.

He came off as not credible or reliable.

She had a bad day, too. But his cross was Effectively done today.
