What is a trans gender girl?

I thought transgender meant not boy or girl, are there now trans men and trans women, how do you determine which one is what, or it is just feelings based. At that rate why even call it trans gender, you either man or women, but then it gets into why men wants to play in women sports which would be inconvenient, wouldn't it?

The men I’ve known in my life, to include my own father, my former husband and even my own son, have all exhibited traits of sexual predators. Men are fundamentally predatory by their very nature.
