Their ToS are the same, so no, Musk is not better than Zuck or vice versa. |
When free speech = racist and mysogynist BS, then sure, Twitter and Truth Social can have at it. |
+1 The only issue I see with Threads - which I haven’t signed up for yet but probably will - is that it’s difficult to keep Threads separate from your Facebook and Instagram - of which I have both but use Facebook way more. In fact, people have reported that you can’t delete your Threads account without also deleting your Instagram account. |
That's complete BS. I was permanently suspended from Twitter for absolutely no reason other than that I criticized how Twitter opened itself up to impostors with its ill-considered checkmark program. There is no free speech for people who counter Elon's narrative. |
+1. just take one of the most famous and worldwide recognizable brand (both the bird design mark alone and the word mark TWITTER) in the world, throw them in the trash and sell your services under X from now on ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() at this point I think that all the various dictators and rich wannabe strong men, MBS, Putin, RW americans like Peter Thiel and others and so on came together, put some money on the pot and had Musk buy and destroy Twitter for them. |
The blue bird is still in the browser icon if you look at twitter on desktop, lol. |
Is it even possible to trademark X?
|
That’s going to be a big fat no. “Washington Football Team” was too generic to be trademarked. |
+1 I would guess Zuckerberg tossed some money into the pot, too. Now he’s got a new revenue stream and looks better in comparison. Twitter was a such a valuable tool. And now it’s gone. |
