This is about character and truthfulness and he has been caught lying which is perjury and an automatic disqualification for our highest court. his erratic behavior is very telling also. lawyers are trained to be unemotional. He is mocking our government right now and being very disrespectful to the process.

Don't be obtuse. Any GOP Senator could say I won't vote for this candidate unless or until there is an FBI Investigation. Kavanaugh could say "I want to clear my name, take a few days and do the investgation"

Neither is happening.

Any Democrat senator could contact FBI and request investigation. None of them did it. Any of them could file a report with the local police on behalf of Dr. Ford that would required to be investigated. None of them did it.
