Yes, there is no world in which this video exonerates him. She was turning the steering wheel right. The car was pulling out. We've all seen that action thousands of times in our lifetime. There is no point in that video where it makes any sense to start taking headshots.

Exactly this. It's hard to believe that a hardened law enforcement official "feared for his life" in that video. Not even MAGA would believe he's that big of a snowflake. He wanted to shoot.

This video does make clear that the shooter was literally very easily triggered. He was angry because the speaker mocked him and called him “big boy”. That’s why he pulled his gun.

So.. her wife got her killed?

Not that, what it does point to is a real question whether his federal role protects him, and if not he can be prosecuted in state court.

In the video she is not parked, she is backing up first with her wheels turned to the left, then turns the wheels to the right to move out. And her wife told the officers they have their license plate so they can come talk to them later. Sounds completely like the intention was to LEAVE.

How is ICE not acting like a legitimate law enforcement agency? They are upholding the immigration laws Congress passed.

ICE is not hauling people off like the Nazis did. They are deporting illegal immigrants back to their home countries.

Actually they didn't. The American people have been told repeatedly that the administration would focus on "the worst of the worst," "the violent criminals," and "make America safer." This is absolutely not happening. They are not focusing on violent criminals. They are ignoring actual crime and shifting all resources to detaining immigrants. And they are making America more dangerous.

They detained some citizens working at Target in Minneapolis while they were yelling that they were citizens. Multiple ICE agents on top of them and they weren’t resisting.

On top of murdering our neighbours, ICE is going to cost us so much tax money in all the lawsuits.

There is no interpretation of the law that excuses this behavior. Porky should be made to pay this one out of pocket.

Here’s what will happen:
-State will file charges based on grand jury indictment
-DOJ will argue in court for federal preemption, then drop the charges
-State will appeal and eventually he will go on trial, but this will take years
-In the interim, Ross becomes the next Rittenhouse, his family is ostracized, move to a MAGA state. With any luck, a guy like Ross ends up taking his own life because guys like him are so unstable and unhinged.

How do you know they are actually federal officials and not just random people trying to kidnap you. Their cars are unmarked and they don’t even look like law enforcement cars. Many people would feel like thugs are trying to kidnap them and try to escape.
