Ross was on some level infuriated by Good’s emotional regulation. Men who have his manifest issues do not like women who don’t cry and say sorry and tremble when he gets dysregulated. Men with no emotional control blame the women in the ambient for their own failures. Stieg Larssonhad this insight because it’s across all classes and ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Anger doesn't count as an emotion. It's the only emotion that fits into the stereotype of "unemotional man" because it's invisible as an emotion to them.
