Polling the same 46% that has always voted for Trump is not a tied race.

Who cares about the national vote? It’s an electoral college battle. Trump lost by 4.5% nationally in the popular vote and yet came close to an electoral college victory in 2020. He is very strong in the battleground states again this election.

Be serious. In 2020 he had not yet destroyed roe and he had not fermented the Jan 6th violence among other fiascos. He has lost support since 2020, not gained it

Although the polls are worrisome, I have a lot of doubts about their accuracy. What encourages me is how crazed the social media trolls are. They have jumped the shark which strikes me as a sign of desperation.

Misinformation only tends to work when there is enough truth in it to be credible. Now it’s so stupid it’s easily dismissed. Though incredibly tiresome.

One would think that, but one would be wrong, of course. Ahead of Hurricane Milton, I have been following certain weather people, and the number of folks out there that believe that the Biden administration is creating and directing hurricanes at red states, is astonishing!

I am one of those "weather people". We are scientists who are being attacked by low-education, brainwashed people because somehow we created these storms on behalf of the Biden administration.

It's very reminiscent of the pandemic, and how the medical and scientific community was maligned in certain quarters for trying to protect and educate the public.

That subset of the population is dangerously crazy. I don't know what to do about it. It's like a mob mentality, but 24/7, ever since 2016.

This is what happens when authoritarians are successful in selling the un-educated on the the idea that only the leader holds the truth, and all the elites and "liberals" are the bad guys.

What is sad is how educated people who know better on the right, particularly all those Ivy-educated senators and judges, are going along with it.

The RWNJ always claim the MSM is against Trump. I disagree with this claim. They love Trump because ratings. Higher ratings = more money. They give Trump a huge platform and rarely question his actions or his congnitive decline. They give him air time.


My biggest hope is that his prison time will be a lifetime ban from media. No one on tv can show him or his picture. He has to fade into the history books as the total PoS he is.

How does Trump have any authority over the military whatsoever? I'm not even in the military and I know he is not part of the chain of command so I'm pretty sure people serving in the armed forces know also that he is not in the chain of command.

The saddest and scariest thing about this are that his supporters are blaming Coachella and saying it “smells like a conspiracy.” Trump was arranging transportation. No wonder he does the bare minimum. He can get these fools out there for a photo op, dump them, and they still happily vote for him. It truly boggles the mind.
