Yeah, exactly. You are delusional if you think the MD teams are run any differently. Nepotism and cronyism run rampant at M&D, SW, TLC, Hero’s and every single other club. Patents there complain about the utter lack of a real meritocracy in all those clubs. It’s a problem that goes far beyond DC area lax clubs.

What behind the scenes crap? Both 26 teams? Darn, they were good. Where are all those kids going?

Promises not kept, etc. Many are trying out for M&D, SW, etc. When your 'B' team beats your 'A' team - things need to change. Friend of DD said they were told there is a major reshuffle happening of rosters and people just haven't been happy. Green roster hasn't changed in 3 years.

I heard some DC clubs are trying to poach some of the 26 Heros which is causing additional consternation on those dc area clubs, Such drama.

So did nova Pride 2025 Red really drop from the Midatlantic this weekend? Did that many player jump to another club?

Looks like it - they are listed but played no games today and have none scheduled for tomorrow. Wow. If KMG pulled them out because several players tried out for Capital and are moving for next season, she just confirmed exactly why they are leaving. What a petty, and typical her, move that would be. The team is still a team until the season ends. Let them have their last tournament - they paid for it. Such a crappy thing to do. This would be a why it’s a terrible idea to have tryouts for next year before the current season ends.

No it’s Pride Red NOVA. And Yes lots of weather cancellations but those teams still have scheduled games listed on TM. Pride does not - TM says “no games”

Hard to field a team when almost half the team went to Capital. Add in Krazy KMG and you have a circus. Why put up with that?

Stars needs to start with the management. Club has no direction and the management is chaotic and unresponsive. Sad that what was once a quality club is falling quickly. Yes, they can turn it around if they recognize the weak links in the program. But if they intend to add HS to the club (as I have heard) they better turn it around ASAP. Other more established, well run clubs will be the landing zone for the girls coming out of Stars who will not want to stay to have their lax track go down in flames if they stay with Stars. Yes, I am a current Stars parent.
