People on this forum act like “they are friends” with one or the other ... more like Distance acquaintances

People aren't "friends" with Kane, but many have spent numerous hours listening to his show, and its easy to form a sort of parasocial relationship with a social media influencer, media personality, whatever, to the point where you feel you know this person, when you do not.

His show was so cringeworthily bad, and I do wonder why he left abruptly. We'll never know, I guess.

IIRC four women said he was abusive, three of which were disgruntled former cohosts and one was his ex wife who sounds like she has her own issues. Not saying it’s not true but to say a ‘bunch of women’ called him abusive is not really accurate.

huh, four women who were all in the best position to experience abusive behavior said he was abusive. That’s called a pattern. Unless you believe that women as a group just all lie about this stuff to gain advantages? and that he, alone among men, had four women do it in quick succession?

I am not a big Sarah fan, but I thought her statement was genuine and not tacky at all. She briefly mentioned that, yes, the end of her work relationship with him was toxic. She has been outspoken about that so i think it would have been hypocritical to act like they were friends and she’ll miss him. I thought she was respectful and kept it about feeling sorry for his daughters.

Danni is so distasteful - and for Sarah to agree on her post is gross as well. . Danni and Sarah are no saints either. They bully their commenters all the time. I would be walking on egg shells seeing how they portray their personalities if I knew them personally.

What was her abuse? Kane (verbally) checked her for having an attitude when he was too loud for her tastes and HR didn’t give in to her when she threw a fit about it. Anyone remember dannis mental break down/emotional attack on the Alexandria police last summer ? She hindered their help with a mentally ill man. And took the responsibility of “saving” the man from police brutality. This is the same woman. She is emotionally and mentally unstable. Always has been and always will be. The same woman that created gofundmes to purchase pillows and a decorated corner in her bedroom to meditate. Believe it or not, she is an abuser herself. Make no mistake and don’t believe a word she says. She is heartless, crazy, psycho and attention seeking. Anyone defending her is an idiot.
