I guess now that they won, liberals will stop hysterically screaming that the election was illegitimate and that votes were suppressed. Funny how that works. |
+1 In rain, snow, stupid long lines and corona they turned out. |
Oh? You are happy with that vote? It was disgusting. Shameful. |
The votes were still suppressed. Be very afraid. |
100% Wait until November. |
Actually, it is the GOP that is girding to say there were irregularities. An there was still significant voter suppression. |
Have the Republicans started insisting that "illegals" were "bused in" to vote yet? I'm sure they will before the night is through. |
It was disgusting. People waiting in hours long lines in a pandemic. And every Wisconsin voter could see that. |
No, we are going to win despite the voter suppression. |
Put the blame on the Wisconsin GOP. The Democrats there focused on getting their voters to request absentee ballots. |
You better get a 4 year supply of Preparation H because we plan on kicking scumbag GOP asses in all 50 stars. You ain’t seen nothing yet. |
Liberal here. I am thrilled (but shocked) by the result. However, my position has not changed. It was unconscionable to allow the section to go forward when it did. I am grateful to those that came out to vote and stood in obnoxiously long lines - but they shouldn’t have had to choose between their vote and their health. |
I have had such a miserable day, and then saw the Wisconsin supreme court vote and felt like I might cry tears of joy. I don’t even live in Wisconsin. I’ve never been to Wisconsin. But my gosh, I just want to hug every reasonable Wisconsin voter…virtually, of course
All you Wisconsin voters who turned up in the middle of a hail storm, in the middle of a pandemic, I wish I could buy you a drink. You are some amazing people. Watch out, GOP. November is going to be a bloodbath for you. |
This. Either way, votes were suppressed. The GOP had its leader come out in full medical protective equipment (the kind that most doctors are having a hard time getting these days) to tell people everything was perfectly “safe.” |
Why did the gop try so hard to keep this date and not allow any extensions? Given the result, would it have been worse to push the election to June? |
