Do you think Megan is expecting again?

Well, she’s not cradling herself yet, so I’d go with no.

As an aside, I had a dream last night she had a baby girl and named her Rose.

Remember she didn't do any touching pre-announcement at the 12-week scan mark.

Before it was cute peplum blouses and ruffles to throw off the press. I think this time around she cares less about not alerting anyone.

Really? I find it sexist and demeaning. Being a woman doesn't mean I need help to walk down stairs or step onto a curb. He obviously has the belief that women are weak and fragile and need a man's help to even walk. I would never marry a man who saw women that way.

Did you take a look at those heels? You sound insufferable. I feel sorry for your partner.

Wear shoes you can walk in by yourself. You are an adult. Don't feel sorry for my partners. He likes having a wife who is independent and modern enough that she can walk by herself without his help.

This. Off topic, but high heels are so bad for your feet. It would be great if celebrities took a stand and stopped wearing them.

Not everyone suffers in high heels like you do.

I’m specifically wondering about the very high heels. Is she being told to wear those, or is she somehow required to by the wardrobe people? I’ve read lots of advice to pregnant women to avoid very high heels, yet there Meghan is in pictures wearing them when she was pregnant? I don’t understand making that choice as a pregnant woman- my center of gravity was so off that I probably would have toppled over in heels like that.

Argh, “Do the royals” and “Can the individual choose”.
Sorry.

Women can wear high heels while pregnant. Especially women who spent the majority of their careers in them and are physically toned.

This green dress is stunning.

For those women who hate so much coddling - I am glad you all are married to men who do not coddle you. May they continue to not coddle you and not show you any affection at all. You all are really deserving of what you want. Hopefully, over the years they will be less and less affectionate, because you are deserving of the lack of consideration, affection from your DH for the rest of your life. Amen.

Weird post. Why wish ill on others?

Agree about the green dress. Don't love that necklace with it, though. It pulls too much attention from the dress, and the style isn't quite right.

I think if she was pregnant she would announce just like she did at Eugenies wedding... people are paying attn. to other members of the RF so it would be the perfect time for her to shine the spotlight back on her.... that's why i think shes not pregnant

LOL no one's paying attention to other members of the RF. The Queen's speech was dismissed as foolish and more articles on her crown (or lack of) than her. Thing 1 and Thing 2 are in Pakistan but the majority of the reporters/photographers elected NOT to go (unlike the 80+ official press pool that followed Meghan and Harry last month to South Africa).

Who am I forgetting? Basically Meghan can announce when she pleases.

You do realize that “the Queen’s Speech” is written by the government (i.e., the PM) and the Queen has nothing to do with it other than reading it?

I absolutely do. Which is why the speech is receiving such flak after she let the government prorogate in a terrible summer. Bad business all around.

What? Not wishing ill on anybody. These women hate to be coddled or have protective and affectionate husbands. They would feel stifled and stupid and diminished. So wishing that they get exactly what they want from their husbands. Imagine how very miserable these women would be if their husbands coddled them? Here is what they have written on this thread. Think of me as their wish-granting genie. I wish that they get spouses who do what they want done to them...as written on this thread, in their own words...

I would find that smothering.

Still as unprofessional as ever with these two hanging all over each other at work events. It's why people don't take them seriously. And Harry tearing up during a speech? Please. So dramatic.

I think you are right! I would not have expected this so soon but that looks like more than just a post baby bump to me.

DP. Skillful quoting. But yes, it's a weird post to wish ill on those posters.
