+1.

Seems like U13-U15 mixed together, with multiple “superteams” 😂
they all had unserious ids with BP recruiting behind the scenes.
Older teams targetted players from arl. Younger teams arl and fvu.

Ouch at the overlooked talent.

And yes on paper these teams will be maxed out as far as exposure and talent is concerned. Or at least thats the idea.

I heard Arlington was targeting some Vda players? Did any end up leaving for Arlington?
No its the other way around. With walk ons and test drive practices. I don't think EG is trying to woo those players. Could be wrong and would be smart for her to try considering the reverse is happening.

Lots of ♟️ being played.

Race to the bottom. Two dumpster fire ECNL teams milking lame duck relationships to keep players signed to DCU.

The players are mid but get glazed because of existing relationships with DCU. how's that panned out the past 10 years? WAFJ.
Checkmate for the golden team. Well somewhat. Will be interesting to see how far the 16s go next year for all the local teams after player shuffling and rebuilding.

The thing about VDA is they are building from the bottom up. Their incoming girls team is absolutely stacked, built around an excellent midfielder coming in from a non-feeder team. This team will grow and develop together (after all it is Virginia “Development” Academy) and will dominate the MA. Probably better than the historic 09 team, the Arlington Golden Girls, and any other team I don’t know about. Vamos!

The earlier you can get in and perform the better. Unless coming from outside with some marketing its hard to break in those older teams.

Clubs need to take notes and beef up the recruiting Rolodex otherwise year after year its gonna be an exodus to VDA/BSC.

I’m dying to know where you earned your degrees.

They can say whatever they want but no one can hear over the roar of the dumpster fire over there.

FVU is the club for everyone else’s rejects. Sometimes those rejects can knit something together out of their broken spirits and fuel a few wins with the gasoline of raw anger but more often they play like cars that spent the night in Annandale and got a wheel stolen so now they just grind on three tires and an axle and pretend the fourth tire into existence. Like the “Island of Misfit Toys” from the Rudolph claymation Christmas movie. At least when colleges reject these players they already know what rejection feels like, so it’s good practice.

They will never be VDA. Or even sniff the same air as BP except when we have to let them come play on our pitch for a weekend.

Total rage bait post. Don't fall for it. However, it wouldn't surprise me if some of the dad's of kids at VDA would bend over and spread for a."prostate check" by some of the coaches.

I would bet good money it’s a parent of an Instagram kid. These types always get exposed when their “parent run” social media account highlight reels don’t match reality on the field.
