I agree about this. He does deserve one full year. Problem is that staff are leaving in droves. Whatever is happening should be identified and fixed.

Are parents talking to BOE or, as usual, are people just venting here?

Climate survey data from Wooten last year was terrible. I heard 42 staff members ultimately left and Bostic was not a reason to stay.

Bostic was there for over half a year last year.

Parents likely don’t see the problems. Staff are very unhappy and morale is very low.
