Exactly! Why is it happening? When will central office talk to the people who left and the people who stayed to try to figure it out?

If new positions are being advertised, it could also be more students enrolled than previously thought. Many times they need to adjust staffing the first month of school due to incorrect projections.

Central office don’t care. They are never interested in opinions from teachers and school staff
