The saints have to be hungry this season. 2 showings in ISL final in 3 years and lost both. That senior class wants it badly this year is my guess. We will see how far their talent can take them. SR might be on the back burner this season due to lack of senior leadership (stronger '27 class) and Visi is on the rise with their top talent being the #2 recruit in the nation. Potomac is out of the running after their 2025s left. High expectations for lots of teams this season, and we will see who can handle the pressure and come out on top. Any early ranking ideas now that pre-season is about to be in full swing post-holidays? |

| Visi has some decent freshmen coming in and some sophomores that played well at the end of last year. The trouble will be against top defenses that can contain their star. |

In other words, they are one dimensional and will struggle against quality teams. |

| Many of these teams have several skilled players with recent/new injuries as well. These are serious injuries; such as ACL, MCL tears, with some players recently undergoing surgeries this week, which always affects the teams wins/losses. It's important to keep that in mind regarding the all these local teams. These girls all know each other; they play hard and support one another, even when they are on different high school teams. The Saints in particular had had three years in a row with some of their best players having ACL tears as well as other injuries with surgeries. It’s like an epidemic with injuries. |

| Maybe they should cut down on all the fall practices and winter league games and they won’t have all the injuries. |

Genuinely curious....why is HC, who was in 6th place in the ISL last year, going to be better? Didn't they graduate some important players? My only guess would be a strong freshman class. |

| HC had a young team last year and had several key players out with injuries. They are still a young team. |

Depends whether they are good enough. My daughter has started since freshman year as have several of her classmates. |

SSSAS going out to face mighty Coronado again? Visi headed to Baltimore? Potomac to Philly? GC going to play anybody outside of the area? |
