Next season looks to be good for GP; younger players getting critical playing time this season
Why next season? They are winning and have just as many college commits as any other program. GP reloads and never rebuilds.
I'm a GP alum. They aren't ready to compete with Bullis and Landon yet. Next year, yes.
This comment didn't age well. Looks like Landon may be the one not ready to compete yet. Prep beat Gilman 12-7, while Landon barely beat Gilman in OT. Looks like Prep should be above Landon in the rankings.
Gilman had several starting poles out for both games, wouldn’t read too much into either victory.
Um, that’s not the point. 🙄 To spell it out for you….If the same players were out for both games then the comparison stands. Prep beat Gilman and dominated the entire game, while Landon barely won after being down the entire game. Point being made is Prep appears better than Landon and therefore should be ranked higher.
To the extent rankings are worth anything, and I can see an argument for things like recruitment, donations etc that they are, they're not until the end of the season, and definitely not in the beginning of the season, and thus you are wasting some intense level of energy on this crap in early March, friendo.
