Has anyone gotten MCAP reports from 2023 testing?

They must. Many students who ace national standardized tests seem to fail this new, unproven state test. The results are too inconsistent to take seriously.

The person the state refers parents to to get the MCAP report is Donna Blaney, the Supervisor of the Testing and Reporting Unit: Donna_M_Blaney@mcpsmd.org
