Trump campaign death spiral

It was no where close to that amount, because you can look at the bleacher behind the dias, and interpolate based on size how many people are on it, and then replliate that measurement across the crowd in the aerial. But hey, if it makes him feel good then so be it. He is preaching to the choir at this point. He isn't getting new voters and he is turning off people on the fence.

Elon Musk is one of the most popular people in the world. To imagine that he will have 0% effect on the election is just cope and is the delusional thinking of someone who just hangs out with UMC white liberals who think Joe Rogan is “problematic,” ie, 5% of the population.

You mean one of the most loathed, correct?

Between them, Trump and Musk have 17 (that we know of) kids and 6 (that we know of) baby mamas. Conservative family values FTW.

Sorry democrats.

Not very well.

+1. I was on it for Legal Twitter. A nice list of smart people with interesting takes on things like Con Law. By which I mean, interesting to me. 99% of people wouldn’t make it through the posts without falling asleep. Even that was so overrun with bots, RWNJs, porn, trolls, etc., etc. that it became unusable and I deleted my account. It still exists, but in any useful form. I mean— is FFX Underground still around? If you want bots, RWNJs trolls and porn, you can just go there. And not have Elon Musk holding and selling your information.

Does anyone besides RWNJs and trolls even use Twitter anymore?

I am still on it because I am addicted to internet stuff. But Twitter has become pretty useless. It's really useless at the time we need it most - during a crisis. It's just flooded with bots and worthless info (and p*rn) - and since the blue check now just means that someone's paid for promotion, you don't even have any idea of who is real and who isn't without going and researching them. That idiot Musk really turned a valuable resource into a little Nazi playground for lols.

Popular? That’s hilarious!

Yes, the man who revolutionized the electric car industry, developed the highest selling electric vehicle on the roads, has a NASA space program contract, and has 200 million Twitter followers is a nobody.

He won Time’s Person of the Year in 2021. A lot of the same people who loved him back then still love him now and could care less whether he likes Trump or Harris.

If you think Elon isn’t popular, name 10 people who have a bigger social media presence in the entire world. I’ll wait.

Elon has trashed his reputation with everyone but the most MAGA of MAGA. I won't even consider buying a Tesla now because I don't want to be associated with his sh**.

Let Trump win then Vance can run things behind the scenes. Win-Win.

Ohhh, that’s a jump that Elon’s gonna want back.

He is going to shut down twitter just to stop that photo from being shared

If Vance doesn’t run for President in 2028, then the Republican Party doesn’t know what it’s doing, but for now, well, maybe….

so just to get this straight - you've watched the public reaction to jd, and you think this means people want MORE of him?

i guess i could expect nothing else from the party running trump for the third time

What is your bizarre fetish about crowd size? Is this all about setting up an overturn of the election if he loses? How pathetic.

That crowd suggests there are a lot of enthusiastic Trump voters in Pennsylvania. Will be interesting to see PA's election results

Oh, so this is about challenging election results in advance.

Count votes. That's all that matters legally. You can ship crowds in from elsewhere, or manipulate angles for photos, or have a base that is willing to rally together when they feel they are being publicly admired but goes limp when it's time to go to a voting booth.

Count votes. Follow the Constitution, god.

Vance has never run anything in his life and has a scant 2 years in the Senate, where he has done nothing. What makes you think he is remotely qualified to run the country? I have run business and organizations for over 30 years and have more experience than Vance and I would never deign to consider being qualified to be president of the US.

That was the whole point. Way too many people were able to find substacks and less popular media telling the truth about what the GOP was up to, way too much Democratic organization outside of the corporate media. It wasn’t perfect, but it was too valuable for Democrats, plus Twitter had that nasty habit of getting rid of open fascists and Nazis.

They don’t mean “run the country” like you or I would mean it, they mean, “install the Christian nationalist fantasy government the GOP has been dreaming of for decades.”
