Less than. They've blown their political capital on their actions this year. |
He didn't even need to jump out of the way. He moved forward for the kill shot. |
Why? I wouldn't attempt to block them. I wouldn't give them attitude. I have nothing to fear. |
Did you just come out from under a rock? He authorized them yesterday. https://www.kaaltv.com/news/gov-walz-authorizes-minnesota-national-guard-to-be-staged/ |
I don't think so...his own phone footage shows her saying to him "I'm not mad at you, dude" with a huge smile. Then he shoots her and as her car veers off because she's been shot in the face 3x (while her foot was on the gas) he calls after her "you fuccking biiitch." This violence stands alone. It was cold blooded murder against a woman he decided instantaneously he didn't like and wanted power over. People who smile at you and say "I'm not mad" are not a threat. Period. The end. |
Exactly. This just not make sense. |
Because giving them attitude is cause to have your head blown off? What point are you trying to make? |
She said it in a very snide tone. But honestly, I think her wife is the once who escalated it and holds most of the responsibility. How stupid can you be to block in law enforcement and then belittle and insult them? |
The only reason she was "at risk" is because this federal agent was either poorly trained, trigger happy, or a sociopath. If she deserved to be arrested for blocking the street or even for avoiding arrest by driving away, then arrest her. She would not have been "at risk" if the agent had not been 100% wrong. This was murder. |
| If you believe this video exonerates him then you should be demanding the administration to do a complete investigation and prove his innocence. Why refuse an investigation and cover up what happened? |
I would be saying much worse than that about someone who had tried to block me in. |
Totally irrelevant. The only question was whether Ross was justified in using lethal force. And that turns upon whether he reasonably feared for his life. The fact that he was earlier traumatized by a vehicular incident is irrelevant to whether any fear head had was reasonable. And given what we have seen on the various videos, I have a hard time believing a jury would find that he had an objectively reasonable fear for his life. But let's let a jury decide. What is the problem with that? We would get further clarity with respect to what is a reasonable fear in Minnesota (and what is not a reasonable fear). |
| I can't imagine that mom having custody of all the kids |
If a law enforcement officer's response to insults is to pull out a gun he isn't qualified to do the job. |
So what? Who expects law enforcement to shoot someone for being snide, belittling, or insulting? As others have said, if an officer cannot handle that he is absolutely in no position to have any responsibility, much less a gun. |
