You are not a kid when you are 19 years old as a junior in HS.

Whatever makes you feel better. You show those 19 year olds who's boss.

I strongly believe that holding back kids for an athletic advantage is short-sighted for the child and detrimental to the sport. However, calling out specific players is ridiculous. The decision to reclass the now young man was made when he was a minor. Holding him to account for bad parenting is not appropriate.

Of the 20 starters....

MIAA: 6
WCAC: 1
IAC: 0

But please, by all means, never mind the actual numbers, continue with the narrative about the lagging talent of the players coming out of the MIAA.

Most IAC graduates have real jobs and career aspirations.

I won’t allow my son to be a professional lax bro.

Oh. I see. So you are like a Marv Marinovich but instead of pushing your son to a career in the NFL your boy will sell mortgages or replacement windows. Thanks dad!

try again, it's still the same outcome. people dont blame the players who unfairly benefit from parents decision to holdback/reclass. Kids get a sweet ride bought and paid for by their parents

DMV teams balling out over the weekend winning multiple championships. There is a lot of negativity on this thread but it is important to remember that there players represent one of the best lacrosse areas in the US.

I’d argue DC area lacrosse has surpassed Baltimore

Is the NLF finally going to give credit to the Dc dogs? NLF completely overrated the Baltimore crabs by ranking them 1 in the country. Will they finally put Dc dogs number 1 in there rankings? I think they should considering the dogs just won there tournament. NLF ranked crabs 1, 91 bandits 2, LI express 3, Dc dogs 4. 2 of those teams didn’t even make the playoffs and one of them lost in the first round.

DC Dogs and NL might be #1 & #2 at the 23 age group.

24’s is the same is MadLax capitol and Next Level

DMV on top.

No question DC Dogs are most likely #1 for the class of 2023. Has NL 2023 improved that much as they were ordinary in the Fall. (given it was in the heart of COVID)

2024 MadLax Capitol while very good and one of the best in the land, its hard to gauge how good they are as Cabbell brings in the best guys from his Texas and Oregon programs. I wouldn't call it a true DC team. Next Level 2024 is certainly on the rise.

And DCE 22 is probably #2 behind Hawks, only team they have lost to in finals of Naptown despite being up 6-3.
Anonymous
And lets not forget DCE 21, the undisputed top team. Winning NLF twice (18&19) and Crabfeast three times (17,18 &19).

NL? How are they in that conversation. Not #2 in this area. The top teams beat each other all the time. Any given Sunday.......

No lol. No team in the area would beat dc dogs on any given Sunday.
